cYs Continuing Professional Development Programme

The CPD Yoga Programme is based in Bristol and presents a range of
further training Yoga weekend workshops on Yoga topics selected to support
Yoga teachers and trainee teachers professional skills. Their focus, through professional and nationally
accredited Yoga Training courses, is to offer opportunities for all Yoga teachers, trainee
teachers and interested students to enhance existing skills or to help explore
new areas of Yoga expertise in two day weekend Yoga workshops.

From 2008 onwards the CPD Programme introduced a ‘Purely Yoga’ series of In-Service Training seminars with Paul Harvey focusing on bringing us back to reconsider and deepen our Yoga roots through the applcation of postures, breathing, meditation and Yoga psychology to daily life situations and realities. They will be an exploration of the viniyoga of teaching through the application of Yoga within specific life stages or situations.

Please note that all CPD’s will be BWY approved and each two day workshop will count towards the new BWY minimum annual re-registration qualification points tally and count for 10-15 points CPD training. Each event is rated for 10-15 IST points according to the new criteria.
