Paul Harvey’s work with cYs is gratefully inspired by his long personal study with his teacher TKV Desikachar from 1976 and the many one to one individual Yoga lessons in India at his teacher’s house over 20 years. The outcome of this sustained immersion in the teachings of T Krishnamacharya is expressed through interlinked and developmental Yoga practice, personal study and professional training workshops.
The choices range from Introductory and Foundation Workshops on Yoga Practice, Sutra Study or the Art of Mantra, to Practitioner, Postgraduate and CPD Yoga Teaching and Yoga Therapy Training Programmes.
