They offer Yoga as healing or learning process for personal recovery, or as a life support, or as a personal exploration of the body-mind relationship.

Individual meetings for Group Class and 121’s Supervision
Supervision meetings are available for Yoga Teachers who wish to further refine their group class and individual lesson work through professional and supervised support for their Yoga group or 121 teaching.
We can explore learning intentions, learning outcomes, review processes, interpersonal interactions and intrapersonal responses, forward group mapping and educational development strategies, short and long term personalised practice plans and problem solving.

The Introductory Study Programme
Two Day Introductory Workshop Study Courses, offered in Bristol, are for all students except complete beginners.
Within a two-day workshop the course explores the primary principles and practices of Yoga are explored and experienced.

The Foundation Study Programme
Eight Day Foundation Workshop Study Courses, offered in Bristol, consist of four two-day workshops over six months.
Whilst offering further in-depth teaching for personal study and practice, they also form part of the pre-requisites for teacher training.

The Yoga Training Programme
Three Year Practitioner Training Programmes are offered in Bristol. They are available for those students who wish to develop the skills to teach, using this approach to Yoga.
The Yoga Teaching Programme offers an in-depth teacher training in Yoga Practice, Teaching, Psychology and Therapy.
The training will include both working with small groups and a special emphasis on one to one teaching and therapy for learning or healing Yoga.

The Further Studies Programme
The focus of the Bristol based Two Year Course will be to offer a Further Studies environment rather than a Post Teacher Training Programme.
Therefore there will be no formal workshop assessments or planning sessions. Instead the Further Studies Programme will focus on how a small group of interested students can study together sharing a formal committment to the course structure and group support.

Lessons and Workshops are offered to explore the Art of Sound, Mantra and Yoga Chanting.
