yogena yogo jñātavyo

yogo yogāt pravartate  |

yo’prama tastu yogena

sa yoge ramate ciram  | |

“Only through Yoga Yoga is known,

Only through Yoga Yoga changes.

One who is patient at Yoga,

Enjoys the fruits over a long time.”
