Quote for the Moment
“There are as many nights as days, and the one is just as long as the other in the year's course.
Even a happy life cannot be without a measure of darkness, and the word 'happy' would lose its meaning if it were not balanced by sadness...”

Learn Yoga Sūtra Chanting
As Paul is already teaching a fortnightly level III/IV Yoga Practice Group Class in Bristol, he is going to start a Traditional Yoga Sutra and Mantra Chanting Class before it for interested students. Each meeting will focus on developing the principles of Yoga Chant and authentic Sanskrit Mantra practice through practical experience along with theory teaching on Chant and Sanskrit.
The Fortnightly Chanting group will commence in September on Wednesday evenings from 6.00 – 6.45pm. There will be no fee for those in the later class and a fee of £3.00 per class for all others. Applications are invited from interested students for a place.
